of 2 of 3 respondents have counted the working conditions unworthy. And on it there is a variety of reasons. Low level of salaries was the most crucial issue for 70% of Ukrainians. Almost as much consider the salary frankly boring. The question of rest was not less important: 2 of 3 people have no paid holiday and sick-lists. At the same time more than a half of the population are concerned by the fact that they aren't employed officially and have the unrationed schedule.

According to results, only 10% of people are completely satisfied with payment of the work. Nearly a third of respondents receives the minimum wage - to 4 000 UAH. A third more - 4000-7000 UAH. Average earnings and reward 20% of Ukrainians for work slightly above. And only 8% of people see every month more than 16 000 UAH in the purse. Today the wage level is the main reason for dismissal among Ukrainians. Every fourth inhabitant is absolutely dissatisfied with payment. And 80% of applicants consider it the main point at the work choice.

Besides high salaries, employees expect from the employer additional bonuses - payments of awards, the health insurance, the paid food, advanced training courses.

Expectations of the Ukrainian workers are met not in all cases. And if the desired award, according to applicants, is given by every third company, then the health insurance and food is provided by less than 10% of employers. Are as much ready to offer employees the training courses.

Among other "buns" the paid transport - 10%, discounts for permits - 6% and provision of housing - 4%. The subscription to the gym became the most rare bonus.

However opinions of applicants and employers disperse. 74% of the companies claim that they after all pay awards, 20% - that provide payment of transport and courses on professional development. In other questions views of both parties meet.

Results of poll among employers have shown - on remuneration for work at the companies the vision. A half of respondents considers that it pays out market wages, 45% - above an average and high. In spite of the fact that every third applicant receives less average, only 5% of employers recognize that their low wages.
