Nizhnekamskneftekhim has unreasonably raised staple prices for Nizhnekamskshina


The Office of the Federal Antimonopoly Service in the Republic of Tatarstan has initiated proceedings in the relation of the Nizhnekamskneftekhim company which in violation of the law "About the competition" has unreasonably raised the prices of rubbers for tire plants of Tatneft by 10-27 percent, RBC reports Tatarstan with reference to materials of the Tatarstan OFAS.

In November, 2012 between Nizhnekamskneftekhim and Tatneft-Neftekhimsnabom the contract on rubber supply has been signed. In the spring of the current year PJSC Nizhnekamskneftekhim has suggested Shinniki to sign the new contract, having tied delivery price to exchange quotations on natural rubber. "At the same time growth of the price in comparison with the export parity of 2017 which is been the basis for pricing on synthetic rubber in the contract from 11/12/2012 and satisfying the parties till today's moment, is from 10 to 27 percent, - it is said in materials of OFAS of Tatarstan. - Any objective prerequisites for increase in prices for synthetic rubber for LLC Tatneft-Neftekhimsnab are absent. Hasn't presented the reasons interfering PJSC Nizhnekamskneftekhim to deliver production on former price conditions, society". we Will note

that Nizhnekamskneftekhim and Tatneft-Neftekhimsnab are long-term partners. Tatneft-Neftekhimsnab delivers synthetic rubber of production of PJSC Nizhnekamskneftekhim for production of tire production such to the enterprises as Nizhnekamskshina and "The Nizhnekamsk plant of truck tires". Requirement of the specified plants for raw materials of production of PJSC Nizhnekamskneftekhim daily, - - is explained in materials of antimonopoly department. - The termination or violation of regularity (frequency) of deliveries will result in impossibility of production in necessary volume that in turn, will negatively affect obligations of the enterprises for deliveries of finished goods to the contractors".

Consideration of the case is appointed to August 31, 2018.
